How can I fix this severe pain in my right shoulder?

Yesterday I had pain below my right rib cage and severe pain my right shoulder(just in the joint) and I ended up going to the hospital because we thought it was my appendix or gallbladder. Well they did a CAT scan, and ran blood and urine tests and everything came back fine and I'm perfectly healthy. My blood pressure and blood oxygen levels were great too. So they told me they don't know why and just to hope it goes away. My side isn't as bad today but everytime I take a deep breath my shoulder is in excruciating pain. Could the pain be from stress? I've had no recent injuries or done anything unusual but I have been extremely stressed lately. What can I do to lessen the pain I'm miserable :( Thanks.

I live in Montana. How long after a corneal abrasion can i start to wear contacts again?

About 2 days ago, i woke up with my right eye looking bloodshot and there were tears pouring out constantly. I'd fallen asleep with my contacts in so i took them out and i thought id gotten pink eye. However after some googling i think i actually got a corneal abrasion. Some of my symptoms include sensitivity to brightness, vision blurriness, numbness, tears coming out, and redness. I've been using pink eye redness relief eye droppers and placed warm towels over my eye. After 2 days the redness has lessened and now its light pink. Tears dont come out, im not as sensitive to brightness, however my vision is still blurry. How long should it take to go away completely and when can i start wearing contacts again?

I am going to answer this from personal experience.In my opinion I would not press the issue of your daughter seeing her dad. he has had his chances and blown them, even a kid can see that.If he calls he calls but I wouldn't let him take her as he has shown to be more than a little irresponsible and she doesn't want to go with him.In the US you would be stripped of your parental rights for this behavior( happened to my cousin although his job out of state didn't help and his ex was very sneaky about it and cruel to the family another story all together). As for your daughter's grandparents I applaud them. They don't have to do what they do but they do because they don't want to see her go with out.They should be allowed to see her as well as her half brother. She will thank you when she gets older and they will too. Why punish them for his bad behavior. That's right you shouldn't. As for her name change the school will not let her go by a known as and neither will the doctor until she has had a legal name change. Seeing as your ex will not allow this(because he'll have to sign off on her) your only option is to have him stripped of his parental rights which can take up to a year.Ask his parents to talk with him. Seeing as he is not paying support or keeping his visits( make sure you document all of this you'll need it for court) he really should do it on his own then he would have no legal ties to her. The only problem that I have with this is the fact that his parents have been so good to you. Worst case scenario: you can go to a community college and finish your first two years and transfer. You may also find it better this way saving a two year tuition money.

My dog killed a baby racoon--rabies?

We were walking our dog through the woods earlier tonight and he ran after a raccoon and killed it, we later saw that it was a baby, or maybe a "teen" raccoon or whatever. We looked but we couldn't find any bite or scratch marks on him, but regardless, and I'm pretty ashamed to admit it, he hasn't had a rabbies shot in the 6 months we've had him. how concerned do I need to be about rabbies? And are the odds of him having it lessened because the raccoon was young? I love this dog to death, best dog i've ever had, and I'm terrified of putting him to sleep, don't think I could do it.... but I'm also pregnant and really worried about what this could mean to me and the baby if he does have it & goes crazy, or somehow transfers saliva, etc. Help?

Why do i keep feeling this way?

Lately i've been feeling like hot all over my body, but like i wont sweat, n sometimes my feet will feel numb. Also i get these weird stomach cramps all over my stomach. I get like light headed, n when i get up fast i get dizzy n like things get dark (not like pitch black i can still kinda c things, its just dark) Also i get really tired n i jst want to lay n bed. Birth control question?

I've been taking birth control now for about a week. My doctor put me on it because of me missing periods, she said birth control will help it regulate. She told me to take it right before bed to lessen the nausea feeling. But whenever I wake up, I'm in so much pain (back hurts, breasts hurt) and there is also like a heaviness in my mouth like my tongue is swelling up. It's been doing this everyday for the past week, but it stops sometime in mid-afternoon. Is this normal?

There is only one problem in my happy relationship with my partner - its his younger brother. He is 31 and still lives with his dad (they lost their mom 2 years ago), never had a separate, grown-up life - his serious partners moved in with the family, together with his parents. But Little Brother (LB) always been mommy's little boy, their mum spoiled him very much... and now that she's gone of course he became vulnerable all of a sudden, and on the top of that last year his gf left him. My bf took full responsibility of him afterwards, and thats when I had to experience LB's character: he is an intellectual guy, really smart (wanna-be lawyer), but his personality is just unbearable. Extremely selfish, material, aggressive, and never realize if he is disturbing us with his presence. The last few weeks there was hardly any days when he didn't come over - you know he just pops in for "5 mins", then he stucks in our flat for hours, talking and talking and still talking. Me and my bf are both really calm and never talk too much - we love quiet and harmony when we are home, I kinda got used to it, so constant talking (and complaining about government, celebrities, basically about everything) is getting on my nerves... but my bf apparently loves him so much that he wouldn't tell him off, would do everything in his favour (maybe still cause of their mum's death? don't know), even if he might know that I would rather be only with him sometimes (only 1 or 2 evenings a week without friends or relatives, is it that much?). I cannot tell all this to my bf, because I don't wanna make him feel that he has to choose between two people he loves so much... I am dreading that he would hate me if I ever tell him all the offences and annoying things LB doing to me all the time. I can't see why my bf wouldn't try to help his brother with making him a bit more independent and grown-up, he is the elder one, and the only one who LB listens to... he has the power to change his ways, to help him, but he seems to treat him like a little boy, always protecting him, and never say no to him. How can I help irritated skin?

On my face there is 2 areas that r irritated:1 is under the corner of my right eye, its big n red n looks like sum1 had just hit me n this is my 3rd day having it since monday morning. The other 1 is under the corner of my left eye, it's small, not as big as the other 1 but it's the same color n i got this 1 this morning. They both hurt when i rub them but they're not a burse kuz it dnt hurt when i press dwn on it. I think it's bkuz of this new night acne cream i started using sunday night. It's Clearasil Daily Clear Acne Treatment Cream but i usauly use Clearasil ULTRA Overnight Acne Cream. Ever since i used that Daily Clear my skin has been irritated, What should do or put on my face to help my skin heal faster?

I need to lose a lot of weight, for the past god knows how many years I have yo yo dieted, In my last weight diet I lost 4 stone then, due to moving and stress(I know, no excuse) put another 2 stone back on and to be healthy I now need too loose a good 90lbs/6 stone . I've been told because i'm young(im 20) there is still chance for me not have too much saggy skin if I lose the weight now rather than later. Is this true or will I have to end up getting surgery? Also any advice on good creams/exercises to help lessen the chance of saggy skin would be really helpful. Thanks

7 month old baby that has never slept through the night ?

I would like to know if I am doing something wrong this is my 1st baby and her routine goes like this , gets up at 5 in morning , has 5 oz bottle at 6 foillowed by porridge at 8:30 with juice, bottle at half 11 n baby food at 12 ,5oz bottle at 3:30 , rusk at 6 and then bedtime at 8 with bottle. She goes dwn great I done sleep training with her as I'm exhausted but then wakes ever hour or 2 hours , I check she isn't wet also offer her bottle of milk also juice she doesn't want none of it but still crys. She has reflux and has gaviscon to help. My two friends had babys around the same time as me an there babies both sleep through. Anyone got any suggestions on maybe what I'm doin wrong or anything I could do which I'm not thanks :)
