My dog is 61 days pregnant and shes showing signs of pregnacy but nothin is happening her temp goes up and dow?

Her temp goes up and dwn her appetite hasent changed shes still active sometimes i notice how sometimes she gets tired bec of the weight but i feel the movements and see the movements of the puppies she made her little comfortable spot in her bed but still the temp has never reached 98 so far the farthest was 99.3 and then it goes back up please help with advice
