Is this normal during pregnancy at 5 weeks?

Ok I been laying dwn and all of a sudden I feel some liquid run and leak out of me is dis normal or wat could it be I didnt pee on myself of course but it was somethin I never experience dis my first pregnancy so I went to the bathroom and wiped and I didnt see anything but the tissue bein wet den I peed out a few minutes later pls positive feedbacks some ppl jus ignorant and always have somethin smart to say if u dnt like wat u hear or disagree on somethin keep it to urself if u feel u have to act juvenile about it pls and thnks
