Idk if I'm preg or not I have symptoms ?

Ok I had sex in march and a week later I started gettin nauseous when I get up in the morning, when I smell certain things, my boobs hurt, I pee more than I use 2, I get headaches, backaches, and I sleep more than b4. I'm havin all those symptoms but on the 1st of April I had "trauma" intercouse as they put it on google. I was fine after b4 and after tht but on the 4th of April I started bleeding really bad wit bad cramps and big clots the blood was brown reddish this went on 2 the 5th of April same thing but 2day 6th of April it slowed dwn I'm still bleeding but not as much. But ma question is am I pregnant and if I am is the baby ok? And I did take a test 2weeks ago it came out neg did I test 2 early? Have a gyno app on 12 of april
