Friend decided not to go to cop station after been asked could he come dwn to station to talk about a certain?

matter he didnt because he felt like he wasnt obligated so they put a warrant out for him y cuz he dont want to talk to them.so he got a lawyer he going in on monday morning lawyer called the detective but instead of turning himself in to a police station where they were callin from they told him go to the court house y if the police station the one that called him.this is in delware county and he's not charged of anything
