Sharp sudden lower ab pain?

ok so i was just sat dwn nd lke 21 seconds later i got a sharp pain in my lower ab. sorta like hunger pain nd it hasnt gone away yetits been like 20 min but the weird thing is i keep eating so idk wat it is! my question wat is this pain!?? plus btw i haven;t ever started a menstural period b4 ever in my life just discharge and spotting im a virgin, and i already went through purberty ( when i say purberty i mean pubic and underarm hair 3rd step of breast development ) just not that part oo nd im 14 so could this be cramps?
