So i just got my lip pierced?

and thurrs this weired lump above it, its not hard and can easily be pushed dwn its on the inside of the lip above the piercing. but its annoying and idk if its frm swelling or not, either way i took pain meds and i got ice lol. hopefully sumone will answer me or it will go away, btw i rinsed my mouth out with hot saltwater several times
