Advice on my shih tzus red wee nush nush :(?

My shih tzu girl was at the groomers two days ago to get all shaved rite dwn... Just noticed tonight that her little private part looks pretty red and sore :( is ther anythin i could use too soothe it... Maybe savlon or something? Dnt knw wats caused it :(
