7 month old baby that has never slept through the night ?

I would like to know if I am doing something wrong this is my 1st baby and her routine goes like this , gets up at 5 in morning , has 5 oz bottle at 6 foillowed by porridge at 8:30 with juice, bottle at half 11 n baby food at 12 ,5oz bottle at 3:30 , rusk at 6 and then bedtime at 8 with bottle. She goes dwn great I done sleep training with her as I'm exhausted but then wakes ever hour or 2 hours , I check she isn't wet also offer her bottle of milk also juice she doesn't want none of it but still crys. She has reflux and has gaviscon to help. My two friends had babys around the same time as me an there babies both sleep through. Anyone got any suggestions on maybe what I'm doin wrong or anything I could do which I'm not thanks :)
