Why does my mom assume I do stuff that I dont do?

Don't engage her actions. It's pretty obvious this is a scare tactic to get a confession, let it go & eventually she'll quit. If not, no sweat off your back, be respectful but blow that crap off, or call her on it, your too old for that crap now.
