Joining pregnancy category 2d, got my bfp today?
Woo hoo! congrats! Stay away from shell fish and fish that is high in mercury. No soft cheese (like brie, cammembert, fetta etc) my doc has said no bacon and only eat left overs if it is hot - NOT cold. Don't stop exercising, stay active - walking and swimming are great but don't overdo it. Climbing the stairs at your work should be fine to start off with, but it will probably take it's toll as you get bigger and more tired. Try not to stress about things and don't read too much into medical terms that you don't know anything about (I fell into this trap and worried myself sick about things that were perfectly ok) Most of all hun, enjoy your pregnancy and your growing bump and once again... Congrats!
